Behind Laserholz is the traditional company Keplinger in Traun near Linz, which was founded in 1928, and has been operating the LASERHOLZ brand since March 2021.

FSC-certified products guarantee that neither people have been exploited nor animals and plants endangered during deforestation. FSC is an outstanding example of the sustainable use of our resources, which is socially, economically and ecologically balanced.
PEFC aims to protect the forests. This is achieved by promoting sustainable management. Strict criteria and regular inspections ensure that the forests are managed in accordance with these objectives and that overexploitation is avoided. In addition, the demand for certified raw materials is increased and the area of certified forests is continuously expanded.
Environmental protection is a high priority for Keplinger, which is why we are taking measures to reduce our CO² consumption. Although our company is not yet 100% climate-neutral, we have acquired a total of 2,751 certificates for the years 2022 to 2024. These certificates support carbon reduction projects in China and Chile and thus offset our carbon consumption.
