The issues of environmental friendliness, sustainability and climate protection have become a task for society as a whole, and this worldwide. The motto "after me, the deluge" - which would apply in both senses of the word! - cannot be our motto. As a wood trading company with a tradition dating back to 1928, we are aware of our responsibility in many ways and want to make our contribution as far as possible and economically feasible: as a reliable employer with high social standards, by using certified wood and wood-based materials, by avoiding waste and using renewable energies.
Wood itself is a valuable raw material for our time because it is constantly growing back. If we rely on wood from exemplary forestry, the forest areas will not be reduced but, on the contrary, expanded. By using wood as a material, CO2 is permanently bound instead of being released into the atmosphere. Our relief panels, for example, are made from MDF, which is manufactured from wood fibers. Our laser, in turn, is largely powered by the electricity generated by our powerful solar power system on the roof with a proud output of 600 kilowatts!
