Every single product you purchase from us goes through a rigorous selection process to ensure it meets our exacting quality standards. Our choice of materials is based on careful research and years of experience in the industry. We only select high-quality materials that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also durable and sustainable. We take into account not only current trends, but also functionality and environmental impact.
For our standard designs, we use a medium-density fiberboard (MDF) in deep-milled quality as a carrier board. This allows us to ensure a perfect laser result without having to worry about the board warping during assembly.
Our veneer design surfaces are produced on veneered MDF boards. In the standard program we offer European oak in A/B quality. However, we can also laser cut any other type of wood on request.
A decisive advantage of modern laser technology is the high degree of individuality with low set-up costs. Compared to conventional milling machines or saws, no special tools are required that have to be changed and wear out depending on the material and type of processing.

We rely on our regional partner Votteler for the surface coating. We can rely 100% on the light-resistant paints in terms of quality standards and technical implementation. Powder coating is also handled by a regional partner with many years of experience. Powder coating makes laser wood even more robust and resistant to scratches and moisture, without losing the elegant aesthetics of laser technology.
